L'IPPA is Baladin's Italian-style IPA — bright, hop-forward, with a distinctly Mediterranean character. The nose offers grapefruit, pine, fresh citrus, and tropical fruit notes from American hops. The palate is medium-bodied with assertive but balanced bitterness, ripe fruit notes, and a long dry finish.
