Couvreur Family's Rosé Brut is a grower-producer Champagne rosé. The nose offers wild strawberry, raspberry, rose petal, and subtle bread-crust notes from lees ageing. The palate is elegant with persistent fine bubbles, bright acidity, and a delicately fruit-driven finish.
