Amfora is Vaona Odino's Valpolicella Superiore aged in terracotta amphora — a return to ancient winemaking techniques. The nose offers fresh red cherry, plum, dried herbs, and a distinctive earthy minerality from the amphora. The palate is medium-bodied with refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long mineral finish.
