Bellavista's Alma Dosaggio Zero is a non-dosed expression of Franciacorta — bone dry, austere, and crystalline. The nose offers green apple, white flowers, fresh citrus, and a subtle bread-crust complexity from extended lees ageing. The palate is taut and mineral, with fine persistent bubbles, vibrant acidity, and a long dry finish. The purest expression of Bellavista's terroir.
