DECEM is Pietro Zardini's special-edition Amarone Riserva from the 2012 vintage — now showing remarkable bottle age. The nose offers evolved black cherry, dried plum, fig, dark chocolate, leather, sweet tobacco, and warm spice with mature complexity. The palate is full-bodied with completely integrated tannins, layered concentration, and a remarkably long warming finish.
