Recioto della Valpolicella is the sweet passito predecessor of Amarone โ made from dried grapes, fermentation stopped before all sugar converts. Aged in amphora for added complexity. The nose offers concentrated black cherry, dried plum, fig, dark chocolate, and warm spice.
