Tasting Notes
Isaac is one of Baladin's flagship beers — an unfiltered Belgian-style witbier brewed with wheat, coriander, and bitter orange peel. Hazy golden in the glass with a thick white head. The nose offers fresh citrus, coriander, and hints of clove. The palate is refreshing and complex with light wheat texture, citrus brightness, and a clean dry finish.
