Priorat is Spain's most prestigious red appellation — known for the dramatic licorella slate soils that impart profound minerality. Ceps Nous is Pasanau's young-vine entry-level Priorat. The nose offers ripe blackberry, dark cherry, plum, dried herbs, and the signature licorella minerality. The palate is full-bodied with smooth tannins, concentrated fruit, and a long mineral finish — 93 Hudin, 91 Guía Peñín.
