From a south-east-facing parcel on Chablis's left bank, this Premier Cru shows the producer's signature seventh-generation craft. Pale gold with greenish reflections, the nose offers a rich and distinguished bouquet of intertwined white flowers, ripe stone fruit, and the classic Kimmeridgian 'wet pebble' minerality. The palate is ample and round with weight from extended lees ageing, balanced by Chablis's signature acidity, leading to a long mineral finish with a touch of caramel โ Silver Decanter DWWA.
