Prefiloxérico means pre-phylloxera — from ancient ungrafted vines that survived the 19th-century vineyard catastrophe. A truly rare wine. The nose offers concentrated red and dark cherry, plum, sweet tobacco, leather, and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is full-bodied with refined tannins, layered fruit, and an exceptionally long elegant finish — a museum-quality Rioja.
