Frassitelli is Casa D'Ambra's flagship single-vineyard Biancolella, from terraced volcanic vineyards at altitude on Ischia. The nose offers fresh lemon, white peach, white flowers, and a distinctive smoky-mineral note from the volcanic-tufa soils. The palate is medium-full with bright acidity, layered citrus and stone fruit, and a long mineral finish — 91 Falstaff, 91 Wine Enthusiast.
