A traditional Veneto passito made from partially-dried white grapes โ a method that concentrates sugars and aromatics. Deep amber-gold in the glass, the nose offers dried apricot, candied citrus, honey, and toasted almond. The palate is luscious and complex with concentrated dried fruit balanced by bright acidity. A meditation dessert wine.
