Cava is Spain's traditional-method sparkling wine — produced in the same way as Champagne. The nose offers fresh green apple, citrus, white flowers, and subtle bread-crust notes from lees ageing. The palate is fine and refreshing with persistent fine bubbles, vibrant acidity, and a clean dry finish.
