Couvreur Family's L'Ambre D'Opale is a special-edition Champagne with an elegant amber-hued character — likely a longer-aged or oxidative-style cuvée. The nose offers ripe yellow apple, candied citrus, brioche, toasted hazelnut, and a hint of honey. The palate is fine and complex with persistent fine bubbles, balanced acidity, and a long resonant finish — 90 Gault & Millau.
Drink within 3–5 years of disgorgement
