Bellavista's Alma Extra Brut blends Chardonnay and Pinot Nero from the heart of Franciacorta. The nose offers ripe yellow apple, white peach, brioche, and a subtle floral note from extended lees ageing. The palate is fine and elegant, with persistent bubbles, vibrant acidity, and a long dry finish marked by toasted almond. A benchmark expression of Italian Metodo Classico.
