Bettino is Ricasoli's modern flagship Chianti Classico, named for the Iron Baron Bettino Ricasoli who codified the original Chianti formula. The 2022 vintage shows fresh sour cherry, plum, violet, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is medium-full with vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins, and a long mineral finish marked by red cherry and tobacco.
