Ghemme is Alto Piemonte's prestigious Nebbiolo-based DOCG — the cooler, alpine cousin of Barolo. The nose offers fresh red cherry, dried roses, leather, and a distinctive herbal-mineral note from the iron-rich soils. The palate is medium-full with firm but refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long savory finish — 4 Stars Vivino, Excellent Bibenda, 3 Glasses Gambero Rosso.
