Sassobianco is Marchesi Gondi's white from the cool hillsides of Chianti Rufina — a region better known for reds. The nose offers fresh citrus, white flowers, green apple, and a clean mineral note. The palate is medium-bodied with bright acidity, clean fruit, and a refreshing finish.
