Couvreur Family's Blanc de Blancs is a 100% Chardonnay Champagne from grower-producer parcels in the Massif de Saint-Thierry. The nose offers ripe yellow apple, white peach, citrus blossom, and brioche notes from extended lees ageing. The palate is fine and elegant with persistent fine bubbles, vibrant chalky acidity, and a long mineral finish. A pure expression of grower Champagne.
