A vintage Blanc de Noirs from the celebrated 2016 Champagne harvest — fruit from a single year, extended lees ageing reveals greater complexity. The nose offers ripe yellow apple, white peach, red berry, brioche, and a hint of toasted nuts. The palate is full-bodied with persistent fine bubbles, integrated acidity, and a long savory finish marked by mineral length.
