Couvreur Family's Blanc de Noirs is a Champagne made entirely from black grapes (Pinot Noir and/or Pinot Meunier) vinified white. The nose offers ripe yellow apple, white peach, red berry undertones, and brioche notes from extended lees ageing. The palate is full-bodied for Champagne with persistent fine bubbles, balanced acidity, and a long savory finish.
