Uva Rara is one of Alto Piemonte's indigenous red grapes — often blended with Nebbiolo. As a single varietal, it shows fresh red cherry, raspberry, dried herbs, and a distinctive savory note. The palate is medium-bodied with vibrant acidity, refined tannins, and a clean finish — a unique alpine red.
