Couvreur Family's Blanc de Meuniers is a Champagne made entirely from Pinot Meunier — increasingly recognized as a serious varietal in its own right. The nose offers ripe yellow apple, red berry undertones, brioche, and a distinctive earthy-floral note. The palate is medium-full with persistent fine bubbles, balanced acidity, and a long savory finish — Gault & Millau recognition.
